ACTiv Elite Theatre Company Inc. (AETC Inc.) is a non-for-profit performing arts theatre company with a mission to produce an inclusive and dynamic performing arts culture within the Georges River Council. AETC Inc. not only aims to enrich our local community through connection to the arts, but to also provide a positive and encouraging environment for young performers to grow. Some key elements of AETC Inc. include:

  1. Mission Statement: Our aim is dedicated to cultivating a meaningful relationship with the community through the performing arts. We seek to foster a positive and vibrant theatre culture that celebrates uniqueness, creates confidence and encourages passion, nurturing the growth of young performers.

  2. Non-for-profit: Any profits earned from our productions are invested back into AECT Inc. which are used to develop further productions. Operating as a "Non-for-profit" organisation allows us to invest in the passion of young performers, ultimately supporting our mission/values. 

  3. Casting and Auditions: We ensure our audition and casting processes are all-inclusive, promote equality and aim to give ample opportunities where we can.

  4. Production Team: Our production teams are constructed of experienced directors, choreographers, and designers who are passionate about the development of our performers. 

  5. Community Engagement: Engage with the local community through outreach programs, school partnerships, and free or discounted ticket programs for underserved populations.

Legally Blonde - April 2024

Based on the novel and the hit-movie of the same name, Legally Blonde: the Musical chronicles the journey of the famously perky Elle Woods, a fashion-savvy, UCLA sorority girl who finds her life turned upside down when she is dumped by her boyfriend Warner. In an effort to prove to Warner that she is more than just some blonde sorority girl, she follows him to Harvard Law, where she struggles to fit in and do well. Ultimately, she defies expectations and manages to stay true to her delightfully pink personality.

 

Annie - April & October 2023

With a perfect combination of street-smarts and optimism, Annie warms the hearts of the audience as we witness her rise from next to nothing in New York City. She is determined to find her parents, who left her at the orphanage years ago. Though things don’t quite work out the way she has planned, she does manage to thwart the plans of the evil Miss Hannigan and find a new family with billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his secretary Grace Farrell, and her lovable pooch, Sandy. The Addams Family - June 2021

Wednesday Addams is now an eighteen year-old young woman who is ready for a life of her own. In one fateful, hilarious night, secrets are disclosed, relationships are tested, and the Addams family must face up to the one horrible thing they’ve managed to avoid for generations: change. Anything Goes - April 2018

The S. S. American is sailing between New York and England with a comically colourful assemblage of passengers: Reno Sweeney, a popular nightclub singer, her pal Billy Crocker, a lovelorn Wall Street broker who has come aboard to try to win the favor of his beloved Hope Harcourt and a second-rate conman named Moonface Martin.
